My name is Alison Gordon and I am an elementary education major at Salem State University. I am in my first semester of my freshman year and I wanted to jump right into my first education class. I have always been interested in teaching as I have had many inspiring teachers along my own educational journey. I used to line up my stuffed animals for "circle time" and I would even make them worksheets. I want to be a positive and inspirational role model to children in my teaching career. Teachers have a huge impact on their students and its important that there are more educators in the field. I found this very exciting!
